Sansay offers three flexible maintenance options tailored to the requirements of varying customer needs:

Warranty
The warranty-only option entitles customers to a 90-day return for factory exchange on any Sansay system. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) tracking number can be obtained from Sansay’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC).

Full Support
Customers holding annual maintenance contracts receive unlimited telephone support during working hours, free software upgrades and expedited exchanges.

Premium Support
The Premium support option features unlimited 24x7 technical phone support, free software upgrades, expedited advance replacement shipping and access to online support tools. As the highest level of customer support available, Premium Support ensures maximum uptime and network efficiency.
