Sansay, Inc. (“Sansay”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.sansay.com (the “Site”), Sansay, Inc.’s
WebRTC Extension (the “Extension”), and any mobile applications that hyperlink to this Policy and are
available for download in the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or any other third party app store, or
are pre-installed on third party devices (the “Apps”), or any other websites, pages, features, or content
owned or operated by Sansay, Inc. (collectively, including the Site and Apps, the “Services”).
Sansay, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We ensure that we respect personal privacy and
are compliant with relevant privacy regulations. This page informs you of our policies regarding the
collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site, the Extension

Support Team.
Pertinent log information required to troubleshoot any problems encountered by end-users may be
retained for up to 1 year after corresponding problems are resolved.
Accounts created with Sansay, Inc. are considered active until we receive a user request to delete them
or deactivate them.

internally within Sansay, in order to provide services such as technical assistance, troubleshooting, and
customer support. Sansay, Inc. reserves the right to share any Personal Information that you provide
