Remote TAC professional services:

  • Device specific interoperation testing
  • Customized remote training
  • Network configuration for non Sansay devices

Remote Training:

  • Customized customer training utilizing customer systems
  • Set up profiles, resource and TID’s, explaining the concept and reasoning behind the setup.
  • Provide training power point presentation

Onsite Training services:

  • PowerPoint training presentation and troubleshooting flow chart
  • Customized customer training utilizing customer systems
  • Set up profiles, resource and TID’s, explaining the concept and reasoning behind the setup
  • Physical troubleshooting on demo units simulating field issues to include isolation and corrective measures taken and explained .
  • Training ( maximum 5 people in class)
